Stunning. Heroic. Clutch. Powerful. Role Model. These are just some of the words used to describe our favorite sports stars in the 21st century. These stars work hard all of their life to reach the pinnacle of their craft and when they do, they are revered for the remainder of their life. Some obvious examples of this are Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Michael Phelps and more.
For every superstar there are millions of people who fail to reach that pinnacle and try everything they can to get there. People will do anything to gain an edge, something that will allow them to reach heights they cannot reach on their own. One of these things involves stimulation of your body to gain muscle mass, reduce fat and improve your overall physique: HGH.
HGH (Human Growth Hormone) has been known to help those who take it enhance their condition faster than they can naturally. Some believe that HGH will help slow the aging process as it makes the body feel younger, and there is great debate about this topic among medical professionals. Some also believe HGH was first used to help particularly short children grow, and it has been reported as successful in doing so.
Several studies have been conducted to show the effects of HGH on the body, and with mixed results. Most studies have shown a decrease in body fat associated with HGH but others show no gain in muscle mass at all. One theory is that for those who work out often, taking HGH will reduce body fat which helps speed the development of muscle mass as there is less fat in the way.
Even though there have been mixed results in the effectiveness of HGH, this has not stopped many companies across the world from marketing products for a profit. If you research enough websites you will easily come across companies that promise their HGH product will help you achieve your goals. These goals range from building muscle mass, losing fat, bench pressing more weight, running faster and perhaps even increasing your sexual activity.
The fundamental problem with this is that there is nothing stopping these companies from legitimately promoting their product and taking advantage of people. There is a strong desire for many people to be better than they currently are based on various motivating factors (to be a world-class athlete, to get noticed, etc). There is as close a guarantee as you can possibly get that people will always feel inadequate in some way and seek out help.
HGH can be dangerous to the body if taken in high doses and can lead to heart problems and shorten your life. If you must use HGH, great care should be exercised to do it in a safe manner. Before you get to this point, however, you should seriously consider why you are considering taking HGH. If you are taking it to enhance yourself it is important to understand whether your goals are achievable to determine if it makes sense to take HGH. Above all else, exercise caution with HGH use. The best course of action to take is to have your Doctor give you advice on safe usage of HGH.
