History Of Victorinox
Victorinox is known across the globe for its quality. Karl Elsener, the founder of the company, created the original Swiss Army Knife in 1897 in small village in Switzerland. Since then the company has expanded the product line has expanded as well under the Swiss brand. Victorinox has become well known for its precision and functionality. The famous emblem, which is cross in a shield, has been used by Victorinox since 1909. The founder, Karl Elsener, named the company in the honour of his mother Victoria. With the introduction of stainless steel (inox in French is stainless steel) used in the product, the present name of company was developed.
