Junglee Knives became an outlet of the Washington State's Gutmann Cutlery Incorporated. As the Gutmann Cutlery corporation grew, smaller and more specific outlets for certain products began to bud from the company, one of which was the Junglee Knives company in the 1990's. Junglee specializes in kitchen knives and other cutting materials, using artisans of knife makers from prestigious artisan workshops, including Japan. Today they sells in small outlets on various internet websites, as well as shops throughout the US.
