History Of Brusletto
Brusletto was founded by Rognald Brusletto in 1896 in the resort town of Geilo in Norway. Rognald Brusletto was a knifesmith and scythe maker, not an unusual occupation for the region at that time because ore mining and the manufacturing of knives, swords, and other weaponry 1500 years prior. Brusletto obtained a mechanical hammer from America for his work and opened up the already booming industry to new forms of technical development and industrial production. These methods made him and his hometown famous for these products and even today the company sells more knives than any other company in Norway.
