Warranty & Return Policy

Immediate Returns for Monetary Refund
(Products are only valid for a return for monetary refund if they are UNOPENED and UNUSED. If you wish to return an opened/used product please read our Warranty information below.)

If you are unsatisfied with one of our products a return can be made within 5 business days of delivery for a refund of product costs. You must contact AirSOCOM.com by phone or email within those 5 days to receive an RMA number. ALL returning packages MUST have an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping package. NO EXCEPTIONS! Packages returned without an RMA number will be discarded. A copy of your invoice or packing slip must also be included in all returning packages. Once an RMA number has been issued, the package must be shipped within 3 business days or the RMA will no longer be valid.

Products must be returned in UNUSED, WORKING condition, with an unaltered orange tip, to be issued a refund. All packaging, papers, and manuals must be with the product and in new condition. Once an item has been used/fired it is then considered as "used condition" and is NOT eligible for a monetary refund. If the returned item does not meet these requirements the item will have to be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Shipping charges on return packages are the responsibility of the customer. AirSOCOM.com does not offer prepaid return shipping labels. AirSOCOM.com also encourages customers to use a shipping method that includes a tracking number for delivery confirmation. Any return packages lost by the shipper are the responsibility of the customer and not AirSOCOM.com.

All properly returned shipments will be refunded for the cost of the product and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges to/from AirSOCOM.com cannot be refunded. Customers will be refunded via the same payment method the product was purchased.

Damage from Shipment
If your order was damaged during shipment please contact AirSOCOM.com via email at support@airsocom.com or by phone at 1-800-933-3651 within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, name, and a description of how the order is damaged. Please keep all packaging material until instructed otherwise by UPS, DHL, or AirSOCOM.com. You MUST submit your claim on a damaged shipment with AirSOCOM.com within 72 hours of delivery. Once we receive your claim, our staff will inform you on how best to proceed. If it is found that your package was damaged by the shipper, a claim will be filed and your item will be replaced at no extra charge. Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded by AirSOCOM.com.

AirSOCOM Warranty Information
All airsoft guns come with a manufacturer's warranty of 30 days unless otherwise stated. If a gun breaks or malfunctions under normal use you may request an RMA number within 30 days of purchase and return the item with the given RMA number for repair or replacement, NOT a cash refund. Once a gun has been fired it is considered used and is NOT eligible for a monetary refund. If due to lack of availability the item cannot be replaced with the same model, a store credit will be issued instead of a replacement.

The 30 Day Warranty is ONLY good for the 30 days after the ORIGINAL purchase. If you receive a replacement item the warranty is still ONLY in effect for the 30 days following the date of purchase of the ORIGINAL order and does NOT extend for another 30 days after receiving a replacement item.

The manufacturer's warranty ONLY covers defective items that fail under normal use. A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. Please note, attempting to return merchandise you have damaged is mail fraud and you may be subject to prosecution.

The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused (Examples: altering or removing the orange tip, disassembling, reusing BBs or shooting wrong type, weight or grade of BB, using paintballs or low quality BBs, dropping or mishandling the product). If you take your gun apart the warranty is void! DO NOT take the gun apart or try to fix your gun unless under instruction from our service department.

Damage sustained during use in "war games" is not covered under warranty. If a gun is dropped, hit against a tree, or otherwise mishandled, the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement gun. Some items will need to be returned to the importer or manufacturer for repair or replacement. AirSOCOM.com does not issue prepaid shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping the product.

"What if my item didn't work out-of-the-box? Do I have to pay for return shipping?"
In the unlikely event that the item purchased by the customer did not work immediately out-of-the-box, AirSOCOM.com may compensate the customer for return shipping charges. All returns need to be evaluated by an airsoft gun technician. If after the evaluation it is determined that the item in question has a manufacturer's defect making it unable to operate out-of-the-box, in most cases, the customer will be compensated for the return shipping charges in the form of a store credit or a gift certificate. Under NO condition will a refund be issued for return shipping costs. If your item did not function out-of-the-box and you wish to be considered for compensation on return shipping charges, you must include a copy of the shipping receipt in the return package. 

AirSOCOM.com makes every effort to be as reasonable as possible. For example if you have done something to your gun so that it is no longer covered under warranty, please just tell us the truth and we will do our best to help you. We understand accidents do and will happen so please be honest and as accurate as possible when explaining how your gun broke.

International Orders
All of the above and below requirements and restrictions apply to international orders as well as orders within the United States. We understand that international shipping charges are greater than those within the U.S. However, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and not AirSOCOM.com.

WARNING
Altering or removing the orange tip from an airsoft gun will void its warranty. Federal law prohibits commercial sale or transport of an airsoft gun without orange safety markings. Any gun sent back with its orange tip altered or removed will be DESTROYED immediately with NO COMPENSATION to the customer.

If an item is returned due to obvious user error, the item will have to be shipped back at the customer's expense, or will be discarded with no compensation. This makes it important to please work with us to insure the item really needs to be sent back. Obvious user error can include but is not limited to:

  • Failure to properly charge or change a guns dead battery.
  • Failure to correctly load or operate a guns magazine.
  • Failure to use correct grade or weight of BB.
  • Failure to use or correctly load gas into a gas gun.
  • Failure to operate a spring gun's cocking mechanism correctly.
  • Failure to use only airsoft BBs as ammunition (rocks, beads, and nails are not airsoft BBs!)
  • Failure to take the gun off of safety before attempting to fire.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

To Process a Return:

  1. Read ALL of the above information to confirm your return qualifies. NOTE: If your return does not qualify, we will request return shipping costs to ship the package back.
  2. Fill out the RMA Number Request Form at the bottom of the page in its entirety:
  3. Once we have received your email our staff will evaluate whether your item is still covered under warranty and eligible for return. One of our representatives will then inform you on how best to proceed.

An RMA number must be issued within the 30 day warranty! DO NOT wait until the last minute to contact AirSOCOM.com for a return. We must be given time to contact the item's manufacturer within the 30 day warranty!

Once the manufacturer receives your return package, it can take them from 1 to 3 weeks to conclude their evaluation and contact us with the results. Once we receive the results of the manufacturer evaluation, an AirSOCOM representative will contact you to inform you of the results and your options for proceeding.
