History Of Darrel Ralph

The Darrel Ralph brand of knives are edged weapons designed with a continued awareness of innovation, a passion for function and practical use, and constant design improvements. Founded in the early 1990's, the company's goal has always been to produce the most functional custom knives available anywhere. They've always strived to use the best materials for the blade steel (and they're currently active with a steel producers to design an alloy that will surpass their present steel options), handles (including a variety of durable products including ivory, hardwoods, carbon fiber, and others), and components which the majority of which are made in their own shop. Darrel Ralph is proud to keep the business in the family, as his son, Ryan Bailey, did chores early on and works full time in the shop since completing his knife-making apprenticeship in 2005.
