History Of Anza
Anza is a relativity new knife brand that began operating in 1980. Anza began making knives out of files, a high carbon steel tool by using a process called 'annealing' and then handshaping the instrument. A Dymondwood handle is added to the blade, creating a knife that is handmade, sharp, versatile and that maintains an edge. They have received interest from knife collectors because each piece is handmade and therefore none is exactly alike.
